InkMe.online – Creator Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to InkMe.online.

By creating a creator account, purchasing a plan, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Ownership & Structure

• Wolfe Logos is the legal owner and operator of:
  

  • InkMe.online

  • NowaYnopay.com (payment routing & platform fee system)

• The following domains operate as frontend service brands under InkMe.online infrastructure:
  

  • InkMe.online

  • Biz4Vids.online

  • 4Biz.online

• Creators do not own the platform or infrastructure.

• Creators are granted a licensed right to use a personal page to sell content under InkMe.online rules.

Customer Payments (via Stripe Connect):

• Nowaynopay applies platform and withdrawal fees.

• Stripe Connect processes customer card payments and payouts.

• InkMe.online does not hold customer funds.

3. Subscription & Pricing (Limited Offers)

Platform Access

• 1 Year Access: £12.50 (limited-time offer)

• 10 Year Access: £99 (limited-time offer)

Prices grant access to the InkMe.online platform for the selected duration.

4. Transaction & Withdrawal Fees

• 2% platform fee per successful payment (via NowaYnopay)

• 1% optional instant withdrawal fee

• Stripe processing fees apply separately and are controlled by Stripe

All fees are transparent and deducted automatically.

5. Onboarding & Page Setup

• After purchase, creators submit their details via the platform form.

• Pages are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours.

• Stripe Connect can only be linked after page approval.

• InkMe.online reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or request changes to any page.

6. Content Ownership & Responsibility

• Creators retain ownership of all content they sell.

• Creators confirm they have full legal rights to sell their content.

• Creators are solely responsible for:
  

  • Content delivery

  • Quality and accuracy

  • Copyright and intellectual property compliance

7. Payments, Disputes & Chargebacks

• Payments are processed via Stripe Connect.

• InkMe.online and NowaYnopay:
  

  • Do not act as the merchant of record

  • Do not handle customer funds

  • Monitor platform compliance only

• Customers may submit disputes using:
  

  • Creator page URL

  • Transaction reference

• Final dispute and chargeback decisions are handled by Stripe.

8. Acceptable Use

Creators must not:

• Sell illegal, deceptive, or prohibited services

• Provide false or misleading information

• Attempt to bypass platform fees or payment systems

Breaches may result in suspension or permanent removal.
